Head’s Up, Goal Setters

by joi on July 10, 2006

This morning I heard about a great online tool: Joe’s Goals.com.  As soon as I read about it, I jumped on the site, signed up and went right to work adding my goals.

There’s even a place where you can enter “negatives” such as eating red meat, not exercising, smoking, etc - then you can track your bad days as well as your good ones.  Check marks symbolize the positives, X marks symbolize the negatives.

Very slick.  Very fun.  Very helpful.
